Va-et-Vient Soleil in Ste-Maxime: your holiday villa, built under Provençal architecture situated on the privately owned property Les Bougainvillées, on the Sémaphore hill situated nearby charming Sainte-Maxime in the Var region (Cote d'Azur). The house can keep up to 8 persons. 

Less than a mile away from quiet, easy accessible sandbeaches and the 18 holes golf de Ste-Maxime. The house boasts a large living room, deluxe well-equipped kitchen,, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, outside terraces both in the sun and in the shade. Also suitable for 2 small families with children. The property-owned private pool is situated annex to the villa. The village of Sainte-Maxime offers an average of 300 days of sunshine a year, golfers can pick their choice out of the many beautiful golfcourses in the vicinity. The house can also be rented for a longer period to escape the somber Northern European winter months. Situated nearby the world-famous St.-Tropez, St.-Raphael and Port Grimaud with their beautiful beaches, harbours, nightlife and markets. 

Va-et-Vient Soleil has a lot to offer for young and old: the Mediterranean beaches, all sorts of watersports, golf, tennis, climbing adventure, water-fun-parks, Gorges du Verdon. 

Va-et-Vient im Schnee, Zell am See/Kaprun is a deluxe large free-standing chalet (250 m2 living space), that sleeps up to 12 persons, in Furth, Piesendorf near the well-known wintersport-resort Zell Am See in the Salzburger Land. On the sunny side (the southern slopes) of the Pinzgau valley overlooking the Hohe Tauern with a spectacular view on Kaprun with its Kitzsteinhorn (skiing opportunities 365 days a year on its gletscher). The 36 golf holes of Zell Am See/Kaprun and skiing areas Schmitten, Saalbach, Maria-Alm, Badgastein, en Hochkönig nearby (Kitzbühel approx. 30 minutes drive). The house is spacious enough for one or two families with children, but is also very suitable for golf-,bridge-, and/or skiing companies. 

The chalet has a large, spacious living room, a large sunny terrace, spacious well-equipped kitchen, 6 double bedrooms (one with terrace, two with a large balcony), a second living room, three bathrooms (one with bathtub), sauna with an extra fourth shower.

Apart from the abundant wintersport opportunities (more than 20 ski-regions within an hours’drive from the house) it is an ideal summer destination, famous for its golfing possibilities, biking and hiking. Watersports on the Zeller See, wellness, fitness, swimming, tennis too much to do in one holiday.
