Lay-out of the Va-et-Vient houses

Ground floor:
entrée to large and light living room with open fireplace, Moroccan Mosaïc dining table that Seats 8-10 persons, comfortable sitting area, TV, dvd-player and stereo soundsystem (radio/tape/CD) ; three large sliding windows, giving access to the outside terraces. Master bedroom with kingsize double bed (180 x 200), built-in closet, own shower room and washbasin. Toilet next door. Kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, four-ring electrical stove with built-in oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, water cooker and microwave.
1st floor:
2nd master bedroom with two beds (each90 x 200) with built-in closet, additional leeping couch with sleeping space for stayovers; one bedroom suited for four people (children) (two bunk beds (90 X 200). One bathroom with bath, shower area, toilet and washbasin. Upstairs, there are 6 sleeping places in two rooms with two additional spaces for occasional guests who happen to drop by on the vide.
Sanitary:
Two bathrooms. One upstairs, with shower area, bath and washbasin. One shower-area with wasbasin connected to the Master bedroom downstairs. In total, there are two toilets.
The entire house and the garage have fresh, easy to clean tiled floors. Bed- and bath linen can be rented for 10 Euro p.p. a week. Final cleaning is obligatory. Garage has plenty of storage room, a washing machine and dryer. Children’s high seat is available. Baby bed on request.
Swimming pool, terraces and garden:
Illimited use of the child-safe (8 x 8 m) pool (shared by four other houses of the domain) with entrance gate and pool terrace, directly situated next to our house.
Enjoy all your meals in the pleasant shade of our covered outside terrace , near the kitchen. The Moroccon mosaïc outside dining table can seat up to 10 people. Table tennis table, sunbeds and beach chairs available for the spacious private sunbath terrace and play-terrace next to the pool. Flower covered borders and taluds all around. Abundant vegetation of Bougainvillees.
Extra's:
Our house ‘Va-et-Vient Soleil’ is part of a small private domaine Les Bougainvilleés, protected by a remote-controlled entrance gate to keep out all unwanted visitors. Parking space on private ground.

Two bedrooms with plenty of storage room (one with two boxspringbeds (90 X 200); one with 2p bunkbed and study area. Washbasin nearby. Large staircase. Ski cellar.
First floor:
(18 m2). Large Sunny living room (approx. 45 m2) with folding doors giving direct access to the large sunny terrace (45 m2), Austrian Kachelofen, spacious sitting area, dining table for 8-12 persons. Flatscreen LCD HD TV. Large kitchen (with scullery approx.18 m2). Toilet in hall.
Apart hall leading to Master Bedroom (20 m2) with door giving direct access to the Sunny terrace and double bed (180 x 200); second bedroom(20 m2) with double bed (180 x 200); Large bathroom with bathtub, shower and two washbasins.
Second floor:
The large staircase leads to a hall. staircase (10 m2) with wc en extra working/computer/study table. Two identical bedrooms (double beds140 x 200) sharing a large balcony. Possibility to add two extra single beds. Between these rooms: showerroom, accessible from both sides. Extra beds are available for sleepovers.
